Each student has their own unique learning style - I'm passionate about tailoring my sessions accordingly. I am a tutor with real-world experience to match academic achievement. In addition to earning an advanced degree from a top university, I served in the United States Army and have several years of banking/corporate finance experience. I pull from this unique combination of education and experience to create a structured and effective learning environment. My focus areas include writing, mathematics (pre-algebra, algebra 1&2, business calculus, statistics), economics (micro & macro), accounting & finance, and business management. While I can teach all ages, I tend to be most effective with middle school, high school, and college students. I also help students prepare for standardized testing: SAT/ACT and GRE/GMAT.
